He is also a Master Trainer and Coach for >100 different programs and certifies trainers. Currently he runs DOOR Nordic, COB DOOR Training and Consulting Oy (DOOR is global sales & leadership development organization) Mika has won Gold and Silver medals in global Consulting Competitions (participants from 80 countries. Over 20 yrs He has trained, coached and consulted over 130.000 sellers, leaders and techies. One of his speciliaties is turning techies into sales passionates.
